The conference registration fee structure is as follows.

* Registration as a student is open to
(1) members and non-members who, according to their passport, were born after 1 September 1985, and
(2) to members and non-members who
(a) according to their passport, were born after 1 September 1980, and
(b) provide a letter from their professor confirming that they are currently enrolled as a PhD. student and preparing a Ph.D.-thesis
** Accompanying Guest registration includes:
- Entrance to the conference venue, but not to the scientific sessions
- Admission to the receptions on Sunday at Provinciehuis, Monday at The Hague University and Thursday at the Peace Palace. The Conference dinner on Wednesday is NOT included in this fee.
Included in the fee is:
- Access to all sessions
- Coffee, tea and lunch during breaks
- Attendance of the Welcome reception (Sunday 15 August), reception on Monday 16 August, and reception on Thursday 19 August
- Conference bag with the programme booklet.

Cancellations and Refund policy for Registration
Written notification of cancellation and refund requests must be received before 10 July 2010 by ILA 2010 Conference, c/o ILA 2010 Conference Secretariat, Congrex Holland BV.
The registration cancellation charge is EURO 100. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on 10 July 2010 or later. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
